This position is contingent on a contract award.
Responsible for the management, direct supervision and coordination of clinical and/or non-clinical management staff for military and federal contracts. Ensures team’s training and compliance with respective contract statement of work and in accordance with company policies and practices. Works closely with the Director of Call Center Operations to meet contract deliverables and achieve strategic objectives.Provides senior leadership and management to licenses and unlicensed managers in support of military and federal contracts utilizing a call center structure.
Conducts recruitment, interviewing, and selection of properly qualified staff and ensures appropriate orientation.
Regularly monitors the performance and adherence to the efficiency goals for staff case volume, case closure rates, average handle time and other metrics.
Supervises management staff through approved audit processes including performing annual reviews and provides counseling and disciplinary action as necessary.
Develops, coordinates and implements training for assigned staff to meet contractual delivery requirements.
Coordinates quality improvement activities per the associated contract.
Assists management in the development of strategic and operational goals and plans.
Partners with product owners to ensure program delivery is consistent with product features.
Supports account management team in addressing client specific issues.
All other duties as assigned.

Current Licensure required to practice independently that meets State, Commonwealth or customer-specific requirements.7+ years of post master's clinical experience post masters.
3+ years of behavioral health supervisory experience.
Thorough knowledge of behavioral health, social service and related resources.
Considerable skill in interpreting contract specific state of work non-clinical and/or clinical requirements.
Must meet Magellan`s credentialing criteria for RN, Masters or Doctoral level provider.
