As a key member of our Strategic Solutions Operations group, you’ll collaborate with senior-level Operations leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives. What You Will Do:
+ Play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s success. Here’s what awaits you:
+ Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with the S&S Operations Executive and extended staff, providing strategic HR insights to drive business decisions and organizational effectiveness.
+ Operational Support: Provides daily support to OPS leaders and employees within S&S and Operations Strategy, including Executive and Director-level leaders across multiple sites. The engagement provided by the HRBP ensures consistent support is provided across all tiers of the organization.
+ Workforce Management: Supports talent management, and development initiatives, which are essential for maintaining a motivated and productive workforce.
+ Continuity of Service: The role's strategic and operational contributions are vital for the seamless functioning of HR processes and initiatives, ensuring no disruption in HR Services to employees and leaders.
+ Strategic Coaching: Guide leaders on team effectiveness, talent development, and culture transformation.
+ Collaboration: Partner with Collins HR colleagues including Employee Relations and Labor Relations to deliver best-in-class solutions.
+ Leadership Development: Build capabilities through targeted activities and assessments.
+ Organizational Effectiveness: Assess performance and enhance team effectiveness in a growth portfolio.
+ Project Leadership: Successfully lead key initiatives
+ Data-Driven Insights: Make informed decisions based on analytics.
+ Largo Site Support: HR support for site teams including SIST and Insider Threat
+ Work in a fast paced environment supporting multiple sites and engineering leaders.
+ Travel 10%; domestic

Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
+ Prior HRBP experience

+ Capability to work across multiple sites. Position will be located onsite in Largo, FL, and support leaders and employees in this site, in addition to Richardson, TX, Sterling, VA, Salt Lake City, UT, and Carlsbad, CA and other sites.
+ Team building skills, self-motivated and able to operate independently with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and remain flexible in the face of changing priorities.
+ Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
+ Experience in driving results through others; broad management and leadership knowledge to lead project teams.
+ Business acumen and understanding of the HR strategic partnership in driving business results.
+ Change management skills and the ability to successfully partner with managers to drive change across the organization.
+ Ability to work with all levels of the organization and maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion.
+ Knowledge of applicable state and federal employment, labor and compliance requirements.
+ Proficient knowledge and experience using Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint to analyze and present data.
+ Experience working in a geographically dispersed environment.
+ Project management skills such as organization and time management.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
