Sr. Mgr, Logistics and Readiness, PFC

This position supports deploying PFC counselors to assignments assuring that the right people with the right qualifications are assigned to the right location at the right time. Responsible for overseeing a team of Logistics Schedulers & Counselor Readiness Specialists.

Manages the daily operations of the OCONUS & CONUS Counselor Readiness Specialists & Logistics Schedulers.

Oversight of scheduling PFC counselors into rotational and event assignments to meet program fill standards and expectations. 

Oversight of the management and delivery of travel requests report for all counseling services at military bases CONUS and OCONUS for all mission execution tasks for rotational, on-demand, and surge. 

Assist in preparation and oversight of the weekly Staffing, Credentialing Deliverables as well as the Tag Up Summary.

Creates a culture of support, accountability and continuous improvement.

Ensures workforce credentialing material is loaded into the online workforce management tool and processed in a timely manner. 

Oversight of the staffing fill rate of program staff. Plans and implements strategies to reduce staffing gaps.

Drives effective alignment of business processes, technology, and workforce management to ensure all business systems are synchronized for maximum efficiency and client satisfaction (i.e. Staffing and Credentialing Criteria).

All other duties as assigned.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Product Suite.

Salary Minimum:

$77,785

Salary Maximum:

$124,455

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
