The Senior Manager, Plasma Planning and Reporting plays a key role in enabling financial processes and delivering accurate financial planning, reporting, and analysis. You will ensure alignment of global business Plasma across the CSL Plasma organization.
You will lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring understanding across the Plasma organization globally. You will ensure the Plasma team has the financial insights needed to lead our performance and achieve its strategic goals.
You in this role will work with the Plasma Finance Business Partners ensuring the best financial processes, data-driven insights, and performance excellence.

The Plasma Planning and Reporting Senior Manager will collaborate closely with the senior Plasma FBPs, the Planning and Reporting Director, and senior Plasma business leaders to drive financial planning, reporting and operational efficiency in CSL Plasma’s global business
The Role:Financial Planning and Forecasting:Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes including calendars, coordination, and communications for CSL Plasma.
Develop and implement standardized financial planning tools, templates, and methodologies to ensure consistency and accuracy across regions.
Collaborate with leadership teams to align financial plans with strategic objectives and business goals.
Manage the preparation and presentation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans to senior Plasma and finance management.
Financial Reporting:
Lead the monthly, half-year, and year-end reporting cycles for CSL Plasma, delivering standardized reporting capabilities, including dashboards, across the function.
Oversee the consolidation and analysis of financial reports across all Plasma functions, ensuring accurate reporting.
Develop key financial metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide insights into operational performance.
Provide variance analysis (budget vs. actual) and work with functional leaders to understand and address variances.
Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and external regulatory requirements in reporting.
Partner with Segment and Corporate FP&A Teams on Plasma related deliverables and commentary
Provide scenario planning, data-driven insights, and best-in-class visualization to ensure informed decision-making among key stakeholders
Process Excellence and Continuous Improvement:
Drive process excellence in financial planning and reporting activities, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration across the global Plasma finance organization.
Align across CSL Plasma Finance and refine processes that ensure data integrity, transparency, and consistency in financial reporting.
Lead projects to improve financial reporting processes and reduce cycle times for budgeting and forecasting Plasma activities.
Collaborate and active participant in financial systems and process improvements (e.g., automation, digitization) to support evolving business needs.
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:
Partner with FBPs to develop management presentations for CSL Plasma LT members and management teams.
Serve as a key financial partner to the Plasma FBPs and function leaders, providing financial insights to lead decision-making.
Liaise with finance partners to ensure alignment of financial plans and objectives.
Lead discussions with leaders and segment finance teams in preparing and presenting financial analysis that drives strategic business decisions.
Team Leadership and Development:
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of financial planning and reporting professionals.
Support a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the FP&A team.
Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to support the organization’s financial goals.
Your skills and experienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other Business related discipline
CPA/CA or MBA a plus
7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, reporting, or related fields including experience in the biopharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
Demonstrated experience in driving process excellence and implementing financial planning and reporting frameworks at a global level.
Experience with dashboarding and visualization software (e.g. PowerBi) is preferable
Experience in global manufacturing including, but not limited to pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
