Responsibilities

Support BUD and Busienss Strategy & Operation Head to formulate VBU strategy and business priorities to drive organizational ambition, define and communicate tactics to achieve aligned strategic intentsClosely monitor and analyze vaccine industry trend, market dynamics and competitive intelligence and provide insights to stakeholders, formulate and adjust strategy and business priorities accordinglyCoordinate BU-level forecasting cycles, quarterly business review, and other business reviewsEngage LT and extended LT on regular basis to align BU strategy and tactics

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and above, Master’s degree in STEM or MBA is preferredMinimum of 3 years’ experience on pharma strategic planning role or consulting firm; project management experience in multinational company is preferred; data analytics experience is preferredStrong strategic thinking, good business acumen and data sensitivityExcellent communication and presentation skill, proficient in PowerPoint and ExcelFluent English both in speaking & writing
