Our mission in Retail Operations is to provide our retail field teams with planning tools, resources and assets that allows the field the ability to stay up to date and invest more time with retail sales associates across all Samsung product lines. As a Sr. Manager of Program Operations, you will support a field team of 300+ Field Sales Representatives, while managing 3rd party vendor relationships, end to end strategy, program updates, performance and driving weekly priorities in partnership with the Regional Directors.

You will collaborate with all Retail Account Channels, Marketing, Design, Merchandising, Technology, Training, After Care, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Field, and Strategy teams to bring operational execution and services to life in retail.

As the Sr. Manager of Program Operations, you will be the point of contact for our corporate support teams and retail field teams. Through effective communication, strategic mindset, collaboration, organizational savvy, project management, power point creation and data tracking are vital pieces of the job.
As a complex organization, the Sr. Manager of Program Operations will be key in facilitating alignment amongst cross-functional teams. You will gather insights and execute initiatives that improve upon existing field processes and ultimately align to the broader company goals.
You will evaluate knowledge and impact through tracking field tools and communication metrics vital to the growth and success of the field programs. This will include calendar management, building performance presentations, and seeking corporate and field feedback. Paying close attention to what works well and what doesn’t, the Sr. Manager of Program Operations will be agile in optimizing process and performance changes.

Role and Responsibilities

Manage 3rd party Field team of 300+ for staffing, training, labor management, performance, power point reporting, finance submissions and payment invoicesManage 3rd party Field team specialty programs that run for short time periods during drive times and holiday periods. Includes funding, staffing, labor management, performance, power point reporting and payment invoicesManage field team incentive programs, including contracted vendors, create SOP of program, performance metrics, audits and reporting to the executive leaders and field teamsCreate and deliver executive level PowerPoint presentations that tell a story on Field Programs success, opportunities and sales enablement initiativesWork directly with the Finance team on budget availability and management to ensure economic feasibility of the program and ROIManage field asset marketing program and printing process through vendor relationships, strategies, communication, performance and executive level reporting on upcoming drive times, in progress work and performance of the programManage Field Mapping program and vendor relationship. Provide direction and timelines to vendor including quarterly updates and multi-layer field mapping.Develop capacity planning for field teams including creation, implementation and reporting of usage and performance impactsSupport national retail meeting events with logistics, tracking, platform support and weekly meetings.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 8 years’ experienceIf no BS degree, 10+ years’ experience in retail communications, scheduling, finance, vendor management with the ability to demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areasAdvanced proficiency with power point presentations that tell a story of the data and provide executive level insights including improvement plans with next stepsDemonstrated experience working with third party accounts and corporate operations teamsStrength in working cross functionally, harnessing a collaborative team environment and being able to lead project work within a large dynamic team and drive end to end planningAdaptability to move at the pace of retail and work in a constantly evolving environment, making decisive decisions when neededHigh proficiency in Power Point, Word and ExcelAbility to analyze large sets of data and pivot into high level data summariesAbility to create an operational process from end to end with meticulous step by step instructionsOutstanding written and communications skills, time management, and organization skillAbility to travel approximately 10% of the time
