**Sr. Manager GHER, Field Operations and Strategy**

**Position Summary:** The Senior Manager, THV GHER (Global Health Economic Reimbursement) Field Operations & Strategy will be responsible for developing and deploying tools and resources, performing world-class analysis, and providing operational support, to the efforts of the U.S. THV Field GHER team. This includes a primary focus on tool development, analytics, and presentation / messaging materials which drive and support value-add programs, as well as operational execution supporting the Field GHER team strategy. Responsibilities also include both leadership and support of high-profile programs, customer engagement, events, coverage / policy needs, and evidence generation efforts. The Senior Manager’s work will, as needed, support the efforts of the THV Field Sales team, the broader THV GHER team, and other BU stakeholders. This position is based at the corporate headquarters in Irvine, California.
**How you will make an impact:**
+ Provide support to U.S. THV Field GHER team to underpin both routine and new value-add offerings within hospitals and systems through insightful analysis, tool development, and creative deployment of solutions.
+ Own and maintain infrastructure which supports input (by the Field GHER team), analysis, and reporting of Field GHER team activity and operational impact, using Tableau, Salesforce.com and other tools
+ Leverage various data sources to develop a synthesized bank of content in Tableau which serves as a central source of analyses and tools; deploy training content and track usage with the goal of maximizing adoption
+ Distill and report out on Field GHER team impact, partnering with team leads to articulate a succinct value story.
+ Lead projects involving multiple stakeholders, including vendor management and gathering / application of use case and voice of customer
+ Develop in-depth materials to demonstrate product value, including economic models, value dossiers, and slide presentations in partnership with THV Field GHER and Sales stakeholders.
+ Develop economic tools in support of new product launch readiness, economic tools to include cost effectiveness analyses, budget impact models and cost benefit.
+ Perform reporting and insightful analysis, both routine and ad hoc, which clearly communicates trends, issues, and opportunities for the team and the business.
+ Develop succinct and impactful slide presentations which clearly communicate trends, issues, opportunities, and messaging in support of THV Field GHER team execution.
+ Partner with THV Field GHER teams and other stakeholders in ‘voice of customer’ efforts to ascertain latest business needs and establish user requirements to support tool development.
+ Provide content, material and, potentially, project / operational management in support of high-profile programs and events.
+ Support the development and management of tools and resources that provide education to internal and external stakeholders on relevant policy and reimbursement related issues and underpin program execution.
+ Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, via the promotional review process, for all market-facing content.
+ Establish and maintain productive relationships with external vendors and stakeholders to support data collection, analysis, and tool development.
+ Support / lead other or special project work as needed.
**What you will need (required):**
+ Bachelor's Degree in business, life sciences, health economics, health policy, or related field
+ 10+ years’ experience in health economics, field/customer-facing analytical or program support (or combination of both); 8+ years’ experience with a Master’s Degree
+ Expert with Tableau, MS Excel and Power Point, with a general system savvy
+ Demonstrated success in developing and deploying world-class reporting, analytics, and tools to customer-facing teams required.
+ Experience in roles supporting customer-facing teams (e.g., Sales Operations) required.
+ Project management experience required.
+ Previous experience in, or strong working knowledge of, medical device industry, health policy, economics / reimbursement concepts preferred and a strong plus.
+ Experience working with external stakeholders and customers (e.g., vendors, payers, hospitals, physicians, etc.), as well as internal cross-functional teams and business units.
+ Domestic travel up to 10%.

+ Advanced analytical skill, including the ability to glean and succinctly summarize key insights from large data sets.
+ Master’s degree in a life science, health economics, healthcare finance, health policy, public policy, or related considered a plus
+ Ability to work with, and make sense of, large data sets, systems, etc.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially presentation development.
+ An innovation mindset, toward the production of new tools / resources.
+ Strong business acumen and experience working with various internal business partners (especially Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Regulatory, Legal, and Government Affairs staff) to provide insight into key market access issues.
+ Self-motivated and able to advance projects with limited supervision, yet capable of taking direction and being a willing collaborator with other team members.

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $201,000 (highly experienced).
