Responsibilities

As a Sr. Nursing Home Administrator at Diversicare, you will:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of your primary center, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Diversicare’s policies and procedures.Provide oversight and support to other assigned centers within the region, fostering consistent application of best practices and adherence to our high standards of care.Champion resident safety and well-being by serving as the Abuse Coordinator and Grievance Official for your primary center, ensuring prompt and thorough investigation of any concerns.Drive continuous improvement through an effective Quality Assurance and Process Improvement (QAPI) program.Develop and execute a strategic business plan that meets the needs of the community and marketplace.Foster strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and community partners.Act as the center compliance officer, ensuring adherence to our code of conduct and commitment to integrity.Collaborate with regional and corporate support teams to achieve center and regional goals. Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related healthcare field preferred.Active and unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator License.Proven experience in the post-acute care setting, multi-site experience preferred.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial management skills.Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the center and region.
