Drive performance and elevate service delivery to meet client and customer expectationsDevelop effective strategies through data insights and operational expertiseCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to keep pace with updates and initiativesLead and inspire teams through structured coaching, training, and developmentChampion compliance and operational excellence across all touchpoints

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required)6+ years of experience in BPO/Tech Sales, including 2-3 years in leadership rolesSolid analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent Microsoft Office proficiencyStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsWillingness to work night shifts and flexible schedules
