Reporting to the Executive Director of Manufacturing, the Cleanroom Facilities Specialist will:
Maintain the cleanliness of laboratories, clean rooms, shipping and packaging areas, waste areas, material storage areas, and other areas as assigned in accordance with GMP requirements.Ensure cleaning materials and gowning materials are available at designated locations.Perform kitting and sanitization of disposable manufacturing componentsPerform solution preparation for manufacturing processHelp with tear down, cleaning and decontamination of isolators.Proper handling, recording, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste.Objectives & Accountabilities
Prepare cleaning/sanitization solutions in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures.Perform sanitization duties in a clean room while gowned.Accurately record and document cleaning/sanitization activities in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures.Clean laboratories and other manufacturing areas per SOPsDispose of hazardous waste.Maintain par levels of gowning material and cleaning supplies at designated locations.Complete all cleaning schedules on time.Maintain required supplies and equipment.Adhere to all applicable procedures, cGMPs, company policies and any other quality or regulatory requirements.Cleans and assists with upkeep of facilities.Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required.Aseptic gowning or clean room experience preferred.Understanding of good documentation practices.2 years prior sanitation experience in a GMP environment.Hours of work can shift based on requirements as we progress through production . Typical business hours are Monday through Friday, during core production hours, with weekend work required on a minimum basis.Competencies
