Work you'll do/Responsibilities + Design and architect scalable solutions using the Oracle Cloud platform + Actively participate in functional design alongside other functional teams and business stakeholders + Develop detailed functional specifications + Identify risks, confirm their validity, and devise strategies to mitigate them + Clearly translate and communicate business requirements to the business using story-based narratives, and present strategies and recommendations to executives + Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management. + Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes. Qualifications Required + 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud SCM modules: Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, etc. + 5+ years of hands-on experience with Order Management + 5+ years of experience in advanced fulfillment processes + Proven hands-on experience in transformation projects across industries + Served as a Cloud Functional Consultant on multiple global implementations + Proven experience in Order Management and fulfillment implementations + Ability to demonstrate Order Management functionalities + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. + Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. + Live near or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.
