Review orders for accuracy, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and pricing terms. Investigate and resolve renewal discrepancies in collaboration with customers and other teams at the same time. Process customer cancellation requests and ensure customer accounts are de-provisioned and refunded without error. Prepare analytical reports upon request or daily. You should provide guidance to team members working on projects and always ready to support. You should develop and analyze order management and order fulfillment dashboards, also required to monitor.
