Sr. Organization Change Manager - FUTURE OPPORTUNITY

What success looks like in this role:

Develops, plans, and manages change programs and projects in support of the statement of work and deliverables on client engagements

Supports the Global Proposal Center, Go-To-Market 

Partners with key client stakeholders to validate vision, mission, objectives, and desired outcomes

Plan for anticipated resistance and integrate resistance management actions and activities into the change management approach

Apply strong consultative skills including project scoping, insight gathering, problem-solving, strategy development, influencing, visioning, planning, and excellent written and verbal communications with limited day to day oversight 

Manage and approve content creation, design, and training programs

Facilitate meetings and workshops

Participate in project quality gate reviews

Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change.

Define and measure success metrics, track performance, adapt actions and monitor change progress.

Leads other OCM team members on the projects and may include HR Team Leadership.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

3-8 years or more years of organizational change management experience and a track record of delivering value and high-quality change management outcomes and results.

Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or equivilant combination of experience and change management 

Preferred:  Experience with technology implementations from pre-deployment through sustainment, A change management certificate (e.g., Prosci, Lamarsh, ACMP CCMP), Experience with survey development and analysis, and change management measures/metrics

A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process, and proven methods to enable end users through the change adoption curve

Experience implementing and applying change management principles, methodologies and tools to both large- and small-scale organizational change efforts

Stong project management skills, including managing cross-functional teams as well as multiple, concurrent projects

Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere using formal and informal influencing techniques

Forward looking with a holistic approach, anticipating and mitigating project roadblocks and challenges

Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics

Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization

Must be a team leader and able to lead collaboratively with and through others

Acute business acumen and understanding of Unisys' technology implementation opportunities, issues, and challenges.
