WHAT YOU'LL DO

 Be a subject matter expert on digital paid media strategies, trends, tools, and capabilities, especially in the SEM and paid search areas. 

Execute digital paid advertising with the goal of acquiring new customers through a hybrid product led/sales led environment while working within set costs per acquisition. 

Manage a set of digital channels (paid search, display, video, and other digital advertising) to specific audience segments and measure performance in order to optimize towards KPIs. 

Manage and report on a marketing budget against a set of KPIs and acquisition objectives with a focus on funnel conversion.

Work with the different branches of the company to execute on collaborative campaigns.

Collaborate with our growth, creative, and experimentation teams to identify and run tests in order to see consistent incremental growth on the paid search channel.   

WHO YOU ARE:

Highly analytical approach to implementing, testing, and analyzing campaigns

Comfortable working with large budgets and large data sets

You maintain a collaborative, curious, hungry and humble mindset and you are looking for your next major success story to tell.

Highly skilled at understanding ideal customer profiles and their buying behavior and able to build strategies that align with specific ICPs. 

Keeps current on latest platform trends

Positive and proactive communicator

REQUIREMENTS:

 3-5 years of experience directly managing and running performance paid advertising campaigns (paid search focus). 

Previous track record of success in paid media channels

Background in testing and optimization

Basic MS Excel analysis skills and strong analytical ability

Data visualization and/or business intelligence tool experience preferred 

Strong familiarity with the Google Ads platform (and Bing is a bonus) 

BONUS POINTS

 Media buying experience for PLG product preferred 

You’ve marketed to SMBs before

Experience with Analytics platforms (Adobe, Google, etc.).

Experience with SQL. 

Salt Lake/Lehi area preferred
