What Sr. Paralegal contributes to Cardinal Health
Legal provides the company with strategic, proactive, practical and cost-effective legal advice and services in order to protect the organization's assets, operations and image. This role supports a highly complex, fast-paced, and multi-faceted business unit within the Medical Segment.
Paralegal prepares agreements and resolves legal questions under the direction of the organization's attorneys. This family provides support and prepares agreements, instruments, and documents, and pleadings relating to commercial matters. This job family also conducts training on corporate policies and procedures.

4-6 years of relevant experience in contract administration; healthcare strongly preferredBA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred. Advance Degree may be preferredMust be a quick learner and possess excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in MS Word and ExcelWhat is expected of you and others at this level
