Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Real Estate Paralegal located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this department your core function will be to handle leasing and title closing tasks, with a focus on maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Successful candidates will have demonstrable experience working through commercial real estate transaction in partnership with attorneys. Responsibilities: • Handle commercial leasing tasks and ensure all processes are followed • Conduct real estate title clearing tasks meticulously • Perform due diligence for all real estate transactions, including title and survey review • Manage property tax appeals • Prepare and review closing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance • Manage closing processes, ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
