Sr. Partner Program Manager, Build and Partner Experience

What you'll do The Partner Program Manager for Build and Partner Experience is responsible for developing the Build program strategy and driving program initiatives to support partners delivering business outcomes at scale. They work alongside Partner Leaders, Partner Enablement, Marketing, Operations, Developer, Community, and Legal teams to deliver a world class experience for Build partners. This role will work with cross-functional teams to build out programs that incentivize Build partners. They will be responsible for delivering a unified partner experience ensuring high-quality results aligned to the overall partner program strategy. This role requires working in a dynamic matrix organization, excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to a wide range of collaborators (internally and externally) both orally and in writing. In addition, the program manager must be able to drive conversations and decisions across many of our internal organizations such as Developer, Marketing, Product Management, Community, Sales, and Operations. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Senior Director, Partner Programs and Success. Responsibility Own the design and implementation of Build benefit track focused on partners building with IAM and embedding Docusign Design a unified self-service build journey and experience that includes Docusign Partner Community and Docusign Developer Design the overall E2E partner experience that includes Partner Portal, Community, DS Developer, DSU and ACE (content management system) Build a communication plan to accelerate partner experience working with partner marketing and operations Define and lead program governance and develop solutions and initiatives to drive continued partner ecosystem growth, skills and partner productivity Establish metrics and KPIs to assess the success of Build track, ensuring alignment with overall partner program and manage investment Establish metrics for partner experience and engagement Work with key collaborators to drive the implementation of the program's benefits and overall partner experience Be responsible for the delivery and communication of program launches to partners, partners sales and direct sales teams including program collateral Job Designation Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time. Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within Docusign. What you bring Basic 8+ years of prior work experience in ISV partner programs and alliance/channels roles within the SaaS industry Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field Experience working with partner portals, developer communities, or marketplace programs Experience designing Build partner programs with differentiated benefits Experience designing and delivering scalable ISV programs Preferred MBA or equivalent Have launched SaaS ISV partner programs Understanding of Build partner needs and benefits they most value Strong analytical skills with a focus on measuring and improving ISV program performance Proven track record demonstrating initiative and ability to implement Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment Exceptional communication, project management, and organizational skills Experience getting results in a cross-functional environment Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $122,300.00 - $190,650.00 base salary Illinois and Colorado: $116,500.00 - $160,150.00 base salary Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $116,500.00 - $168,200.00 base salary Washington DC: $122,300.00 - $168,200.00 base salary This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
