YOUR IMPACT
As a Senior Azure Partner Success Manager – at OpenText, you will play a leading role in developing, managing, and executing Microsoft SMB partner sales programs and marketing campaigns across our partner ecosystem. Your efforts will drive a healthy pipeline of qualified Microsoft opportunities, aligning with our revenue goals and fostering growth within the partner community.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
• Collaborate with the team to create a comprehensive Microsoft Partner Marketing plan. Activate Azure sales plays with Channel Sales to generate a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Develop and execute partner marketing collateral, webinars, and email communications around important Microsoft programs and updates.
• Assist partners and sellers with Microsoft pre-sales licensing and product questions, providing best practices for estimating and optimizing Azure costs. • Serve as a subject matter expert for Azure Infrastructure, Data & AI, Solution Partner designations, and Skilling programs. Communicate important announcements, changes, and resources both internally and to partners.
• Deliver 1:1 partner consultations to support Microsoft Azure business growth, incentives, and workshops.
• Participate in Microsoft+OpenText events and trainings as a strategic advisor on Microsoft partner programs and sales opportunities. Travel as required to key partner events and leadership meetings.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• Minimum five years of technology marketing experience in channel development, business development, or alliance management.
• Preference for candidates with Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, SC-900, AZ-900, or equivalent knowledge.
• Ability to articulate and present the business value of Microsoft solutions, with a firm understanding of Microsoft's strategies and products relative to major competitors. • Deep understanding of the Microsoft Partner Network, Partner Center, and Microsoft Partner Incentives.
• Ability to train partners to leverage Microsoft programs and grow their business.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Cloud and Azure Solutions.
• Possess a sense of urgency, detailed follow-up, and resiliency.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an evolving team environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple objectives.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
For California, Colorado and Washington state and New York city residents, this job is expected to pay a minimum of $103,000 in addition to a comprehensive and competitive group benefit and healthcare plan. Individual compensation will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements.
