If so, we have an exciting new role for you, where you will make a significant and meaningful impact on your career and the planet!** **You will be in hardware engineering, and play a senior go green CAD engineer role in developing and implementing sustainability strategies specifically focused on PCB processes and Design for Manufacturability (DFM).** **You will be in close partnership with a cross functional team, and also the suppliers.** **You will be based on our Suzhou office.** **Your Contribution：** + **Design and develop PCB layouts for electronic products, ensuring compliance with project specifications and functional requirements.** + **Collaborate closely with hardware and mechanical engineers to optimize PCB designs for performance and reliability.** + **Utilize CAD tools to design and verify circuit boards, ensuring accuracy and manufacturability.** + **Integrate sustainability considerations into design processes, including material selection, energy efficiency, and recyclability.** + **Stay informed on industry trends and new technologies, particularly in green design and sustainable development.** + **Work closely with PCB suppliers to source sustainable materials and promote environmentally responsible practices.** + **Lead initiatives to optimize PCB manufacturing processes for sustainability, including waste minimization and resource efficiency.** + **Identify, evaluate, and implement eco-friendly materials and sustainable manufacturing processes.** + **Willingness to proactively seek out and to travel nationally/internationally to attend conferences and trade shows for identifying new technologies.** **Key Qualifications：** + **Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.** + **At least 3 years of experience in PCB layout design, familiar with design software such as Allegro, Altium Designer, Mentor Graphics, etc.** + **In-depth knowledge of circuit design with the ability to apply concepts like signal integrity and thermal management.** + **An interest in sustainable development and a willingness to implement eco-friendly practices in design.** + **Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.** + **Proficiency in both written and spoken English.** + **Familiarity with PCB/FPC process & SMT/Wave soldering/Assembly process.** + **Basic knowledge of PCB/PWA related IPC standards.** + **Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.** + **\#LI-LZ1** **/51SZ/LP** Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
