Sr. People Business Partner (Remote Eligible in UK)

As we continue to scale and evolve, we’re looking for an experienced Senior People Business Partner to join our P&C team to drive an engaged, high performing culture where employees can perform, grow and thrive. Strong candidates will have experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced work environment. 

You will report to the Senior Manager, People Partnerships who is based in the UK. You can work from our London, UK office, or remotely from within the UK. 

You Will:

As a Senior People Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of driving impactful people strategies across EMEA. Collaborating closely with leadership, you’ll influence key programs like talent reviews, compensation planning, and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Your role will involve coaching leaders on organizational design and crafting data-driven people solutions that enhance performance, retention, and employee development. By leading change management and analysing people metrics, you’ll deliver agile strategies in a dynamic environment. 

Partnering with global teams across Talent Management, Total Rewards, and People Analytics, you’ll ensure seamless integration of people initiatives while providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. This is an opportunity to create meaningful impact and drive cultural excellence at every level of the organisation. You will perform other duties as assigned.

You Have:

8+ years of increasing PBP experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or comparable work experience; accredited HR certification or education  The ability to work with individuals inside and outside Smartsheet in a way consistent with our values and commitment to service Exceptional data acumen; ability to deeply dive into employee data for meaningful actionable insights  Actively engaged in continuing to build HR knowledge, including understanding of employment laws The ability to effectively lead and drive impact through influence and trust Legally eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basis
