Main Responsibilities:
Deliver the targeted performance and achive planned KPI, effectively utilize resources, and manage expenses.Develop and implement action plans based on brand strategy and company required behavior KPIs. Successfully launch new products and establish relationship with new customers;Use appropriate promotional skills and effectively utilize product materials to provide medical information and introduce products to medical institutions, for our customers to better understand the data, information and benefits of the product.Explore current territory potential and continuously collect insights and develop potential new marketsCollaborate with cross-functional teams on key initiatives. Collect and share competitive market informationEnsure high standard in compliance during daily activity, finish all required trainings on time.Team collaboration, actively participate in team activities; willing to share, exchange information with colleagues, and help each other. Win as one team spiritRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree; Medical, Pharmaceutical, or Oncology-related majors preferred.3 years of experience as a pharmaceutical representative; experience in MNC companies preferred; experienced in oncology, urology, and rare disease preferred; experience in core hospitals preferred.Business acumen and quick learning ability.Team player, cross-functional cooperation, and excellence in execution.Integrity and reliability; Fully compliant with company policy.Effective communication skills, time management.Current Employees apply HERE
