Senior Data Analyst
The role of Senior Data Analyst on NCC (National Contact Center) Data Enablement team is particularly specialized in PHP. The standard job duties will be designing, implementing, and maintaining internal web applications, and ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) processes. The development is database-oriented, in a complex, non-homogeneous environment. The PHP development is a combination of web based and CLI. The Data Enablement team is part of NCC Reporting, which is centered around creating internal reporting for the contact center leadership. The work done by the Data Enablement team is to build the foundational components for this reporting, build metrics (scorecards), create specialized reporting, and fulfill ad hoc requests. The team is focused on implementing standards practices and refactoring code towards a more modern implementation.
