Analyze the demand fluctuation pattern of spare parts and balance Demand/Supply to ensure proper parts availability level.Build up regular reverse reporting system to strong support reverse planning management and key steps to support planning strategy.New technology applied in design automatic cross check & smart tool to demonstrate reverse value for Planning.Support all kinds of reverse planning analysis to help WW planning team for better parts supply management.Management of Reverse Data for Planning on-line platform, improving planning with high efficiency with data accuracy monitor.Regular Data tracking with 100% accuracy, to support planning with high accuracy and avoid incorrect decision making.
