Job Description
**What is the job about?**
In this role, you will be part of a newly established portfolio management team and be a key member balancing activities and priorities between Group Purchasing (GP) and our 4 Divisions. If you like juggling many parallel activities, deliver results through facts & dialogue, and enhance efficiency in our ways of working, this role could be the ideal match for you.
**Your main responsibilities** :
**Portfolio Management** : Ensure strong alignment of product maintenance activities with selected Divisions:
+ Identify and map proposals to maintenance activities in Group Purchasing
+ Represent GP in cross functional decision meetings to ensure prioritization and planning
+ Oversee delivery of prioritized maintenance activities in Group Purchasing
+ Drive resource & budget allocation in Group Purchasing
+ Communication to relevant stakeholders
+ Project management of selected list of complex activities
**Capacity management** : Balance demand to and available capacity in Group Purchasing
+ Take active part introducing capacity management in Group Purchasing (process, governance & tools)
+ Facilitate demand management from selected Divisions and Group functions.
+ Facilitate capacity alignment with selected Group Purchasing functions.
**Process management:**
+ Support continuous improvement by identifying, describing and in some cases provide solution to enhance our ways of working.
**Your background** :
We imagine that you have:
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience
+ Experience in portfolio management, or similar role managing multiple parallel activities
+ Fluent English communication skills in both writing and verbal form
+ Experience and effective working in international environment
+ Experience & wish to develop within project management
+ Experience in developing and maintaining relationship on all organizational levels
+ Preferably master level education within engineering, supply chain/purchasing or business
+ Preferably experience in sourcing process for Direct materials
