Responsibilities:

Leads a functional development area for the SuccessFactors competency SuccessFactors for Employee Central, Recruitment, Learning, Performance and Goals etcWorking closely with our payroll department on all ROI and NI payroll issues general monthly payroll sickness/maternity benefits and any other social welfare/revenue matters, administering any data changes as requiredWork with key stakeholders to define scope, timescales, quality, approach to business change and engagement, handover criteria and the benefits realisation planApply and facilitate execution of HRMS policies processesDeliver HRMS services within agreed service frameworkProvide functional expertise regarding HRMS processes and systemsRun and participate in HRMS Delivery projectsEnsure data quality in the HRMS system and other interfacesManage agreed dependencies with other HRMS teamsExpertise in HR or HRMS

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation: B.Tech/B.E. – MCA/MBA – Any Specialization.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Knowledge of ECC/S4 Hana,Ability to deliver high-quality and reliable software by collaborating with the team. Outstanding analytical skills, and ability to apply expertise to drive sophisticated, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.Excellent customer-facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefings demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments.
