Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Sr. Principal Cyber Systems Engineer - Test Lead to support our Boulder, CO site.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Selected candidate should have experience in or ability to test RF Ground equipment.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience; 6 years with a Masters; or 4 years of relevant experience with a PhD. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Active Top Secret security clearance at time of applicationExperience working with Linux computing systems Knowledge of RF signal flow

Preferred Qualifications:

M.S. degree in a technical disciplineActive Top Secret/SCI security clearanceSecurity+ CertificationKnowledge and experience with the SBIRS Mission Processing PlatformExperience working with Unix/Linux, C++, and Perl

Salary Range: $151,100.00 - $226,700.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
