Summary Of Duties: As a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Product Owner/Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services, following the values, principles, and success patterns. You will be a member of with a cross-functional team and work with Product Management, Architecture, and other stakeholders to help define, prioritize, and validate the solution under development.

Essential Functions:

Product Ownership: Act as the primary voice of the customer and point of contact for the product, responsible for defining, prioritizing, and maintaining the product backlog.Product Management: Shape Agile Release Train (ART)-level product roadmaps and release plans that satisfy requirements and achieve business outcomes.Agile Framework: Implement and champion the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ensuring agile methodologies are followed. Communicate agile best practices and guide team-members and stakeholders who are less familiar with agile best practices.Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.Prioritization: Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility, ensuring the team works on high-priority items.Requirements Gathering: Elicit and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to provide a clear understanding for development teams.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and development teams, to ensure everyone is aligned with the product vision.Roadmap Development: Contribute to a product roadmap that outlines the delivery schedule and milestones.Release Planning: Participate in release planning, including prioritization of features, sprint planning, and coordination of cross-team dependencies.Metrics and Analysis: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and identify areas for improvement.Product Delivery:  Work closely with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products on time, delivering measurable value.

Minimum Qualifications:

Typically a minimum of 12+ years as an agile product owner, product manager, or other agile leadership role, or bachelor
