Responsibilities and Duties include, but not limited to:Develop and Communicate Technology Development Strategy:Craft and articulate strategic objectives for Technology Development.

Technical Leadership:Set and align strategic, long-term technical objectives with department goals.

Qualifications and Skills include, but not limited to:At least 8 years of experience in the packaging industry, including a minimum of 3 years in advanced package fields.Candidates with an MS or Ph.D. in Electrical, Computer Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Materials, or a related field are preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.Proven ability to lead technology development to industrial-level achievements.Deep knowledge of advanced package process development.Comprehensive understanding of advanced package architectures (2.5D, 3DIC, FO, hybrid bond, etc.).Outstanding data extraction, analysis, and reporting skills (e.g., system data mining, JMP).Understanding of probe, parametric, backend, and reliability testing.In-depth knowledge of process flows, interactions, and their impact on yield, performance, and reliability.Strong understanding of electronic materials, processing, and relevant characterization techniques.Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to address root causes.Flexibility with job responsibilities and the initiative to assume added responsibilities.Demonstrated teamwork skills with a focus on encouraging positive team dynamics.Ability to prioritize multiple and complex tasks effectively.Strong communication skills to align perspectives across cross-functional teams.Tenacity to work effectively under tight timelines and limited resources.Ability to self-direct and measure with minimal supervision.Proficient communication in English.About Micron Technology, Inc.
