What Process Engineering contributes to Cardinal Health
Engineering is responsible for capital project implementations, performing research and analyses to develop design options for components, products, systems and processes.
Process Engineering is responsible for analyzing and assessing supplier and in-house processes to determine process capability. Identify and drive process improvements. Support supplier assessment and selection process. Directs external resources / contractors as required.
Responsibilities:
Support capital and process improvement projects.Respond to process and equipment escalation with a hands-on troubleshooting approach.Write protocols and perform validations of new/ improved materials and processes.Create and maintain quality systems documentation.Support production by resolving process and material related quality problems.Implement cost savings and process improvement processes while using FMEA, process capability, DOE, Gage R&R and other tools.Implement engineering and process controls for improved safety.Other duties as assigned.

Anticipated salary range: $67,500-$101,220/year
