工作内容：

创建及维护相关工艺文件-BOM, PFD,SOP, SFC以及收集更新MSDS等。  工艺安全管理- 维护工艺安全文件如FEMA, PFEMA, PRA及HAZOP文件新产品及新技术转移- 引进及转移新产品和新技术至工厂。项目支持- 为项目组提供技术支持工作，从FAT,SAT,IQ,OQ,PQ,至试产，放大及正常生产精益生产- 持续关注生产效率，质量和工艺安全等工作。跨部门协作，通过精益生产项目提高工厂的生产效率及生产水平。技术培训- 通过建立培训矩阵表和建立培训文件，为工艺技术团队和运营团队提供技术培训。生产技术支持 – 积极为生产部门解决各种生产中遇到的问题并提供相应的技术解决措施。

基本要求：

善于沟通，良好的英语读写能力，口语沟通流畅。有带团队经验者优先。熟练使用各种工艺制图软件例如如VISIO,CAD熟悉质量管理,工艺文件（BOM,PFD,P&ID,SOP）及工艺安全管理（PRA,PSSR,FEMA,PFEMA等）精益项目管理经验或六西格玛项目经验。熟悉NPI/NTI 流程，了解LEAN的基本流程。有相关组态SFC工艺文件维护经验。知晓或了解HMI, MMI, SCADA, MODOLE BUS, TCP/IP等组态通讯协议。了解工艺模拟软件ASPEN十年及以上精细化工研发及生产经验本科及以上学历，研究生学历优先
