As Senior Process Improvement & Project Integration Specialist responsible for driving innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, and leading transformative change.  We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our firm and spearhead process improvement, automation, and the seamless integration of engineering client projects acquired through acquisitions. Your key areas of focus will include the following:

 

Strategic Integration Leadership - Lead the planning, integration, and migration phases of client and direct projects during the acquisition timeline, ensuring seamless transitions and long-term success.Process Optimization & Efficiency - Drive cross-functional integration processes, focusing on delivering measurable process improvements and implementing innovative efficiencies throughout the project life cycle (setup through closeout).Stakeholder Engagement – Identify and collaborate with key stakeholders to align acquisition integrations and process improvement initiatives.Special Project Leadership - Spearhead high-impact projects, planning, and execution for automation, process streamlining, and operational excellence within the project life cycle.Technology Integration Support - Actively support ERP system implementation and other technology upgrades.Customer Service Excellence - Champion best-in-class customer service for both internal teams and external clients, ensuring satisfaction and sustained engagement during and after project transitions.Change Management Expertise - Develop and implement effective change management and cultural integration strategies to foster a collaborative and adaptive work environment post-acquisitionLeadership & Team Development - Lead and inspire a high-performing team, focusing on mentorship, skill development, and scaling team capabilities to support organizational growth and future needs.Thriving in a Dynamic Environment - Adapt to the fast-paced, evolving landscape of acquisitions and integrations, consistently delivering exceptional results. What you will bring to this position: Experience in acquisition integration, project management, or a related field within the engineering or technical industry.Proven track record of leading successful acquisition integrations and cross-functional initiatives.Advanced knowledge of overhead, fee, and multipliers, and key concepts such as effort, revenue, and variance.Advanced project and workload prioritization skills, ability to multitask and adjust priorities.Ability to identify, analyze, communicate, and implement process improvements.Strong project management skills, including developing and managing complex integration plans.Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications and Professional Experience 

 

• Bachelors Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of engineering industry practices and trends.

• Experience in acquisition integration, project management, or a related field within the engineering or technical industry.• Proven track record of leading successful acquisition integrations and cross-functional initiatives.• Advanced knowledge of overhead, fee, and multipliers, and key concepts such as effort, revenue, and variance.• Advanced project and workload prioritization skills, ability to multitask and adjust priorities.• Ability to identify, analyze, communicate, and implement process improvements.• Strong project management skills, including developing and managing complex integration plans.• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.• Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.• May involve working in confined spaces or traveling to project sites for extended durations as needed.• Primarily a hybrid office-based role with opportunities to collaborate across teams and clients.• Ability to sit, stand, and remain physically active for extended periods to support project demands.• Must be able to travel independently and be physically present at the office or client locations as required.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000

Salary dependent upon experience and geographic location
