Sr. Product Experience Manager

This role plays a pivotal part in driving sales success by effectively demonstrating and positioning CWT’s product and service portfolio to clients and prospects. *_Position Description_* * o Act as a subject matter expert on CWT’s products and services, articulating value propositions to clients and prospects. o Conduct compelling product demonstrations, showcasing seamless end-to-end user experiences. o Work closely with sales and customer management teams to understand client needs, translating them into strategic opportunities. o Confidently present CWT’s technology solutions and industry trends in client-facing meetings and industry events. o Maintain strong relationships with internal product and technical teams to ensure best-in-class demo capabilities. o Equip sales and customer management teams with the knowledge and tools to effectively position CWT’s offerings. o Stay up to date on industry developments, competitor landscape, and client challenges to refine sales strategies. o Willingness to travel up to 60% for client-facing meetings. #LI-REMOTE *_Position Requirements_* *Qualifications & Skills:* * *Significant client-facing experience*in a consultative or sales-driven environment. * Strong*presentation and communication skills*, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. * Proven ability to engage senior-level stakeholders and drive collaboration. * *Experience in the travel industry*and working with purchasing or travel buyers is a plus. * Strong business acumen with the ability to align solutions with client needs. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Prezi, and virtual meeting tools. * Fluent in English; ability to work in a multicultural environment. *Competencies:* * *Sales & Business Development Focus:*Proactively identifies opportunities and drives revenue growth. * *Market Awareness:*Understands customer needs, competitor landscape, and industry trends. * *Strategic Thinking:*Ability to analyze problems, anticipate implications, and develop long-term solutions. * *Entrepreneurial & Proactive Approach:*Takes initiative, brings new ideas, and adapts quickly. * *Structured & Organized:*Manages multiple priorities effectively with attention to detail. * *Team Player:*Collaborates across teams, shares insights, and builds strong internal relationships. *CWT*is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
