Amazon Japan is seeking a strategic and customer-centric Sr. Product Manager to own the customer experience and end to end customer shopping journey for our FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) selection. FMCG is a critical and high-priority category for Amazon Consumables, as we aim to provide customers with a differentiated and engaging shopping experience for customers' daily essential needs.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining the customer-centric vision and core values that will underpin the FMCG shopping experience. This includes mapping the end-to-end customer journey and identifying key pain points as well as opportunities to delight customers.
- Partnering closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer insights into compelling product designs and features. You will write detailed business requirements and work hand-in-hand with engineers to deliver impactful technical implementations.
- Developing a robust marketing and traffic strategy to drive awareness, discoverability, and adoption of the FMCG offering among target customer segments. This includes collaborating with internal marketing teams as well as external partners.
- Establishing the data collection and analysis framework to track key customer experience metrics and continuously optimize the FMCG shopping experience based on customer feedback and performance.
- Defining the long-term CX strategy and roadmap for expanding and enhancing the FMCG business, ensuring a consistent and seamless experience for customers nationwide..
