We’re looking for a Sr. Product Manager, Embedded Payments, to join our ever-evolving Platforms team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the team

As a Sr. Product Manager and member of the WorldPay for Platform’s product team, you will be looking at enhancing our offering by providing new set of merchant and partner experiences that can easily be consumed by our partners with low-touch integration and exceptional support. You will be leading the Embedded Payments initiative for WorldPay for Platforms capturing a significant market share by re-inventing Payrix’s product offering.

The objectives are to offer partner and merchant experiences built on WorldPay’s worldclass APIs, with the ability to easily stich workflows, provide branding capabilities, integrate into partner experiences, or alternatively to be hosted by WorldPay.  

What you’ll own

Define, build, and launch partner and merchant User Interfaces and Experiences

Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, Implementation, and support teams.

Owning the WorldPay for Platforms partner and merchant experiences. 

Evangelizing and prioritizing product roadmap internally and externally.

Running lean experiments to inform future investment areas.

Own, define, and report product related KPIs.

Perform customer interviews and measure qualitive metrics.   

Define, refine, and document requirements.

Provide mockup and screens demonstrating user journeys and experiences.

Manage and prioritize roadmap initiatives ensuring stakeholder deliverables are met.  

What you bring

7+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or embedded finance.

Experience driving strategy and execution for Platform products.

Significant in-depth UI and UX development and having launched multiple products in the Fintech space.

Ability to define and measure A/B testing for continuous product improvement.

Knowledgeable in modern embedded experiences architecture and patterns.

Data driven approach to problem solving.

Successfully lead and launch solutions on time with exception quality.

Proven experience working in agile and Product delivery model.

Proven track record of building large scale services and a deep understanding of distributed systems.

Passion to seek an in-depth understanding of customer and partner needs and turn that insight into a compelling vision and strategy for the product area.

BA/BS in Computer Sciences, Business or equivalent is required.

MBA preferred.

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $153,180.00 - $257,360.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.  . This position may be eligible for bonus and/or commission.
