Sr. Product Manager, Global Payroll and Procurement Products
Description At Amazon, we’re working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To help us get there, we need a Product Manager for the Global Payroll and Procurement Products team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience of our Sourcing and Supplier Development products, making sure it supports Amazon’s corporate procurement objectives. You will ensure our products are able to engage and communicate with suppliers including small and disadvantaged businesses, build out functionality for Amazonians to manage supplier data, transform analytics by leveraging Amazon Q, and more. You will need to interact and influence procurement leaders across Amazon and subsidiaries, engage legal, Public Relations (PR), privacy and information security teams for consultations, and collaborate with PMs leading other procurement products to define the product roadmap. Key job responsibilities • Build product solutions that offer inclusive and positive experiences to Amazon’s supplier, including small and disadvantaged businesses. • Define product strategy, execute roadmap, and align development with business goals while collaborating across functions. • Implement data management best practices to ensure controllership of supplier data on-boarded via multiple systems across Amazon and subsidiaries. • Automate business processes, streamline analytics and audit capabilities to increase time savings and improve efficiency metrics. • Partner with third party data vendors and certification agencies to source data through APIs or dedicated pipelines. • Introduce and launch new features that integrate supplier development into standard procurement processes. Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience as a product manager or owner - Experience owning technology products Preferred Qualifications - Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders - Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
