We are hiring a Sr. Product Manager to help us accelerate our efforts in launching a new Business Unit within Amazon Marketplace which will disrupt the way we operate in terms of supply chain, CX, cost to serve, as well as provide a differentiated customer offering.
As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects within the e-commerce or digital products space. Your exceptional product management skills, including roadmap development, agile delivery, and go-to-market planning, will ensure the timely and successful launch of innovative products in the CX, supply chain and cost to serve area.

Key job responsibilities
- Define and launch MX-specific requirements, ensuring local compliance and market-specific features across seller and customer experience
- Develop a comprehensive Go-To-Market plan, defining clear success criteria, and establishing launch metrics to measure the performance of the newly launched products
- Define the selection entitlement and corresponding Sellers and ASINs cohort from the US pool universe
- Continuously support the selection localization effort, and proactively resolve issues/blockers to maximize selection parity
- Create KPI dashboard to then audit and influence the seller experience end-to-end in coordination with international teams, covering sellers registration, FC inbounding, fulfillment, returns, pricing, promotions, among others.
- Build a compliance reporting setup and risk management mechanisms for existing and upcoming MX regulations.
- Define and Bar-raise the Seller Experience requirements, providing MX-specific requirements in regards to selection, pricing, listing, and fees, collaborating and influencing central teams .
- Collaborate with multiple Tech organizations to prioritize feature development and CX improvements
- Monitor and analyze program metrics, establishing feedback loops for continuous improvement of customer and seller experience
-Define tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of new features, traffic plan and proactively implement improvement measures to reach the program goals
