Do you want to help drive innovations in the e-commerce space? The Amazon International team in Mexico is looking for a highly analytical Senior Product Manager to continuously improve the end-to-end Customer Experience when buying Global Store selection on Amazon.com.mx. We are looking for a smart and innovative leader who is self-sufficient and thrives in ambiguity, and can drive results across technical teams. This position involves regular communication with senior management, and effective executive presentation skills are essential.
The candidate will be strong in the following areas:
- Product management and development, working together with technical and non-technical teams to improve operations and customer experience.
- Project management, including creating business justifications and functional requirements for product and site features.
- Strong data analysis experience, extracting insights that drive business decisions.
- Business management, including creating business strategy and managing program metrics.
- Automating and improving systems to streamline operations within Amazon internal stakeholders.
