Amazon Business (AB) Product Management teams launch features that drive the next wave of growth for our business, relentlessly innovating across a broad spectrum of functions including expanding our selection, offering everyday low prices, improving the world-class delivery, and providing exceptional value to our business customers. We are disrupting the status quo of Business to Business (B2B) by delivering new, efficient purchasing solutions to individual proprietors, to small-medium businesses, to global organizations (and everything in between). As a Senior Product Manager on the Amazon Business 3P (i.e. Third-Party Sellers) team, you will own defining the product strategy and roadmap for our strategic initiatives that directly impact top and bottom line. You will work directly with our Third-party (3P) sellers to understand their needs and define how we will leverage their unique qualifications and capabilities to meet the needs of businesses buying on Amazon. In this is a highly visible position, you will interact with the senior management team within AB across Product, Tech and Business organizations. We recognize that we are successful when our sellers are successful and your efforts will directly enable sellers, including small and minority owned businesses, to succeed on Amazon. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who thinks creatively and strategically, dives deep into details, and has a proven track record of leading complex, multi-pronged, and measurable strategies for both sellers and end customers. Key job responsibilities
• Develop JP Amazon Business pricing strategy for Selling partners finding the right balance between growth and competitiveness.
• Define the product strategy, and launch new, strategic, and global initiatives that impacts both top and bottom line.
• Write and review business cases, develop the roadmap for new tools and approaches, document business requirements and contribute to the feature set from design to release.
• Roll out global initiatives with interaction with leaders in other locales.
• Conduct frequent analysis to understand competitive price positioning of Amazon Business products sold by selling partners.
