Brazil Retail Operations & Initiatives (RO&I) team is looking for a passionate, talented Senior Product Manager to build solutions in the Reverse Logistics domain. The Sr PM will own the 3 year plan to optimize Amazon's Reverse Logistics offerings, planning strategic initiatives from scratch, building PRFAQs and delivering designed solutions. She/He is expected to coordinate multiple products in a roadmap and to own annual planning for Supply Chain.
To succeed in this role, person needs to navigate the corporation to identify opportunities, benchmark across internal and external teams, influence organization to deploy solutions, and to partner with tech teams from design to product delivery.
Fluent English is required.

Key job responsibilities
Projects for this role includes developing and driving new initiatives with the following responsibility:
1. Prioritize effectively product investments considering development effort and product benefit
2. Write PRFAQs, BRDs, capturing cross functional product requirements (Tax, Accounting, Legal, Operations, Business) for a successful launch
2. Own annual planning for Reverse Logistics roadmap and drive prioritization discussions with senior leaders whenever needed
3. Drive alignment between stakeholders with conflicting priorities, capturing inputs and feedbacks from them along the way
4. Scale worldwide solutions by adapting them to Brazil, being an important advocate for Emerging Countries experience and scaling it through businesses teams.
5. Drive product adoption post launch
6. You will collaborate with partner teams to ensure that we take data based decisions toward goals
7. Probe numbers and develop a deep understanding of the KPIs affected by Supply Chain launches
8. Refine requirements during development whenever needed, partnering with tech teams to ensure a successful launch within the bandwidth reserved for the project
9. Effectively communicate progress across the organization

The candidate demonstrates the ability to make decisions based on data and is able to influence multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses a track record of successful relationship management, program and project management, strong analytical and business acumen, and experience managing reporting and analysis. Great communication skills, thinking big, and a bias for action will be essential to your success. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who will take ownership of projects and business problems to a successful result.
