What you'll do

Lead the vision, strategy and execution for functional areas of the Vonage Video API platform as part of a broader set of CPaaS APIs. Work closely with current customers to deeply understand their needs and develop product experiences that are easy to implement and grow platform value. Drive global cross-functional teams including engineering, PM, marketing, customer success, finance, data science, and business development to design a positive user experience as they transition from a legacy dashboard to the Vonage CPaaS APIs Dashboard. Perform industry and competitive analysis to identify trends, portfolio gaps and new product opportunities. Define key metrics to evaluate product performance, with ability to analyze data, inform product decisions and measure success Understand customer needs and collaborate with engineering and UX to translate into product requirements and user stories

What's required for application:

8+ years as a Product Manager delivering client or cloud based platform products and features (SaaS or PaaS) Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams, customers, and executives. Action oriented with an ability to leverage collaboration skills and initiative to get things done Candidate must be able to manage relationships across groups   Exceptional problem-solving skills Experience identifying success metrics and analyzing data Technical background in APIs & SDKs using WebRTC is expected Strong technical software development background with the ability to prototype with the product APIs Background in building real time video or voice based customer experiences Background or experience in machine learning is a plus Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience
