Sr. Product Manager, Workplace

As the **Senior Product Manager** for our Space and Workplace product line, you will be responsible for participating in market and user experience research and ensuring we deliver the right solution and experience to meet client’s needs. **Your Key Responsibilities** + Conducting market and customer research to drive product strategy and market focus. + Creating the product roadmap using a data-driven decision processes in support of the platform and product strategy. + Providing a vision and being an influence leader for our fully integrated architecture, engineering, UX, and QA team for the product during our SDLC process. + Managing the full Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process for the product line. Familiarize yourself with designated products and their components and their potential impact in the market. + Create and manage Product Master Plans and supporting documentation including strategic plans, business cases, PRDs, GIST plans, marketing plans, and appropriate Functional Support Plans (FSPs) + Assess market competition and position the products for disruption of legacy competitors and to maintain market-leading capabilities. + Research and identify new market opportunities, identify target customers, and uncover customer needs. + Manage the product through the full Product Management Life Cycle Model. + Support the product management group’s continuous evolution of our methodology and process through passionate advocacy for best practices and process improvements across the organization. + Coordinate and lead customer workshops such as user experience labs and customer value validations. **To qualify for the role, you must have:** + 10+ years' of Product Management experience for an enterprise, cloud, or third-platform technology software company. + PDMA, Pragmatic Marketing, or other formal product management methodology experience. + A passion for innovation, technology, and creating delightful customer experiences. + Must be in the U.S. Eastern Time zone or able to work ET hours. + Demonstrable competency in the following key Product Management practices: + Leading and influencing. + Integrating and synchronizing. + Problem solving and decision making. + Segmenting markets, identifying target customers, and uncovering customer needs + Experience leading PDMA Design Thinking workshops + Experience with the Outcome Driven Innovation (ODI) market research methodology + Experience with Integrated Workplace Managements Systems (IWMS) Space Management & Utilization, Space Chargeback, Space Request, Move Management, and Strategic Planning modules. Proposed salary for the selected candidate will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market requirements, experience, training, and education.
