Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Thermal Systems and Electrification strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our electrification of heat strategy, including thermal energy storage, heat pumps, and the migration from boiler applications to electrified solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with an understanding of thermal systems, electrification technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Where is the work:
This position has been designated as Remote (Virtual) but flexible if hybrid or in-office is preferred. The work will be performed in Davidson, NC.
What will you do:
Develop Electrification of Heat Strategy:Own the A3 strategy and execution plan, working closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment and successful implementation.Define and communicate the game plan for electrifying heat in commercial applications.In partnership with system portfolio team, advance the development and deployment of thermal energy storage solutions, heat pumps, and other electrification technologies.Facilitate the transition from boiler applications to electrified heating solutions for engineers and end users.Applications Expertise in Thermal Systems & Electrification of Heat:Partner with the system applications team, system development team and others to ensure expertise in electrification of heat and storage source heat pump applications.Provide technical guidance and support in partnership with application engineering teams to ensure successful application and integration of electrification technologies.Partners with teams on training & commercialization of materials focused on thermal systems and electrification. Sales Partnership and Performance Management:Collaborate with the sales team to track and report progress towards our electrification strategy.Develop and maintain scorecards, tracking mechanisms, and performance management tools to monitor and drive success.Partner with system sales team on activation and adoption action plan to drive performance. Thermal Battery Storage Product Development and Product Management:Work closely with the equipment product team and PGTs to influence product development roadmaps.Thermal battery storage product management in partnership with PGT team, profitable growth and increased penetration of product offering. Align product development efforts with the electrification of heat strategy to ensure market relevance and competitiveness.Identify Business Growth and Partnership Opportunities:Identify and pursue business growth opportunities and strategic partnerships to accelerate the adoption of electrification of heat solutions.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including utilities, AHRI, and partners. Capture Insights and Learnings:Gather insights and feedback from external stakeholders to refine and enhance our electrification of heat strategy.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to stay ahead of the curve.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, prior experience with thermal systems and electrification preferred. Prior demonstrated experience leading cross-functional A3 strategies and execution preferred. Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies.Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience in the commercial heating industry is highly desirable.Ability to travel as needed.Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $108,000 - $224,000
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
