Currently, we are seeking a Sr. Product Manager with at least five years of edge device experience. Responsibilities Accountable to deliver $20M in mixed new business and existing Telematics Solutions existing subscriber revenue for multiple software products in the next 12 months by:Accurate and living market assessment from industry reports, trade shows and potential and existing customer interviewsDeveloping and articulating clear potential (presale) and existing (post sale) ROI tools for use by Account teamsIdentifying compelling features, documenting their requirements and planning their release through living roadmaps and as the key stakeholder for those cross-functional projectsDocumenting and continually updating product costs and overall customer TCO for the productAccountable to the executive leadership team as the SME for product pricing, by balancing the market situation, our ROI and the customer TCO to develop a pricing strategy that allows us to reach our revenue targetAligning product roadmaps to account for dependent products and/or releasesTracking and reporting product release targets and proactively identifying and mitigating blockers by interacting with Engineering; quickly escalating and resolving issues that cannot be resolved otherwiseProviding product marketing source data for development of key customer material such as, product brief, datasheet, application notes, sell sheets, customer facing presentations etcDeveloping and conducting relevant sales training including product/feature overview; attributes identifying the best target customers; a simple, clear value proposition and top objection handling scriptsTracking and reporting product revenue and proactively identifying and mitigating blockers by interacting with Sales; quickly escalating and resolving issues that cannot be resolved otherwiseTracking and reporting product churn and proactively identifying and resolving issues by interacting with Support and Engineering; quickly escalating and resolving issues that cannot be resolved otherwise Developing and conducting a customer council Qualifications
