About the right team memberBachelor’s Degree in a technology or technical related fieldMBA or other graduate-level degree preferred3-7 years of real product experienceNice if they have CRM experience and knowledge of the landscape:Technical: SMS and email compliance and deliverability, send time optimization, customer segment mgmt.UX: email editors, campaign management tools and reporting, customer segmentation toolsDemonstrates strong business acumen, product analytics, empathy with customers, awareness of good UXCould be from B2C or B2B background. Nice to have experience with workflow-heavy toolsStrong communicator / collaborator across teamsShould be excited to grow in ICCertifications such as Scrum Master or PMP preferredEntrepreneurial spirit / ability to roll up your sleeves and try different things with minimal direction .3 + years’ product management experience in a successful SaaS organizationProven track record of successfully managing and releasing complex SaaS productsIntimate kn owledge of key Product Management Principles, Agile Scrum and UX Centered Design principlesExcellent leadership, communication and presentation skills both written and oralDemonstrated experience effectively communicating with Sr. Leaders and ExecutivesProven ability to build strong cross functional relationshipsPossesses a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, the drive to make that vision a reality, and technically credible to lead teams of world-class software developersLoves and understands technology.
