Job Summary Manage and prioritize project prioritization and SKU workflow from inception to completion in new product portal, driving speed to market while maintaining quality. Coordinate phases of projects and programs through planning and execution. In addition to SBU-level responsibilities, the Senior Project Manager will have cross-cutting enterprise accountability to coordinate & drive activities that require a high-degree of data collection & consolidation across SBUs. Examples of projects/activities include, but are not limited to, Annual Pricing Updates, SKU Rationalization, Business Reporting & Tracking Scorecards, and development of Project Management Tools & Templates. This individual will serve as a Project Management subject matter expert and help to drive the socialization of best practices across the Product Project Management community via dotted-line relationships. Primary Duties + Administer new product portal + Manages lifecycle of new products in portal + Uses influence to ensure new products are moving through portal in a reasonable amount of time + Gathers and analyzes information to prepare status reports + Project Management + Manage larger scale projects with leadership level visibility + Keeps day-to-day projects/programs moving forward + Consistently meet project/program deadlines set by the team + Data Reporting and Analysis + Create and analyze reports in SAP, Qlik, BO and other systems as needed + Lead cross-SBU Process, Timing, Communication and all necessary data collection & consolidation for enterprise initiatives such as: + Annual pricing reviews + SKU Rationalization Roll-Ups + SLA Review & Updates + Act as a mentor to project teams by sharing best practices and supporting the development of their project management skills + Other duties as assigned Qualifications + Ability to collaborate with all business functions and levels within the enterprise and move projects through the organization with minimal direction + Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills + Excellent knowledge of database software, internet software, project management software (Smartsheets preferred), and the Microsoft Office Suite + Physical Requirement : Capability to lift 20 pounds. + Working Conditions : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen. Noise level is usually moderate.
