About the opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to lead Dialpad’s Ai Meeting product. At Dialpad, Senior Product managers are empowered to be the CEOs of their respective product area. That means building relationships throughout the organization to lead with vision, strategy and influence in order to have the highest impact delivering value to customers. 

Take ownership of a product already loved by many customers and exponentially increase the adoption. It will require a focus on details in order to ruthlessly prioritize efforts for impactful “can’t live without” features that deliver a delightful user experience.

Your role

As a Sr. Product Manager, you’ll primarily work with engineers and designers to plan, design, build and launch new product capabilities. Your product leadership will require a clear understanding of the market opportunity, critical thinking with data driven decisions and exceptional communication skills. 

This position reports to our Sr. Director of Product Management over our Collaboration (UCaaS) line of business. This position is to be based in Bangalore, India Office hub with a hybrid schedule. Some travel may be required.

What You’ll Do Develop partnerships – Develop and own ongoing relationships with all of our carrier partners to deliver reliable service around the world, while optimizing resource investments. Know your customer – Research, analyze data, and talk to your customer. Be the biggest advocate for your user’s needs. Lead the charge – organize, align and provide clarity across multiple teams to deliver business value. Drive a strategic vision – become an expert in your area in order to create a compelling strategy for success. Manage complexity – Manage requirements documentation and maintain the details of multiple complex projects without losing focus of the big picture.

Skills you’ll bring

8+ years experience in product management in a SaaS company. Experience with VoIP services; specifically virtual meetings or conferencing strongly preferred. Strong communication & presentation skills. Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends. Nimble and flexible with regards to changing priorities & business needs. Startup experience is a plus. BS/BA in Engineering or similar field is a plus.
