You're a morning person since many of your colleagues are in the United Kingdom. **Who you are** + Define and execute the product vision for workforce management and marketplace features. + Prioritize roadmap initiatives to address business problems and customer needs. + Define metrics to measure the success of the features your team builds. + Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and operational roles to deliver impactful solutions. + Work with interested parties, including operational roles and Indeed Flex’s Senior Leadership Team. Align cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals. + Monitor and analyze product performance to guide continuous improvement. **Who we are** + Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment + 6+ years of Product Management experience or its equivalent + 3+ years of 2-sided Marketplace experience + Demonstrated expertise in data-driven decision-making, including writing SQL and designing A/B tests to validate hypotheses. + Proven track record of cross-functional partnering to execute on strategy. + Experience presenting to executive audiences. **Our mission** As the world’s number 1 job site*, our mission is to help people get jobs. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
