What You’ll Do:As a Sr Product Manager at Spiceworks Ziff Davis (SWZD) you will identify, document, prioritize, and communicate the work that our engineering teams need to deliver based on quantifiable value to the business teams. This role will focus on our emerging flagship data platform for marketers and lead generation campaigns. What will be your responsibilities?Strategic Vision: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, conduct competitive analysis, and leverage knowledge of the market to own and drive the product vision, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals. Identify and prioritize the most impactful features, ensuring the lead generation products remain industry-leading.Innovation Leadership: Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative tools, platforms, and products with a heavy focus on data productsAnalytical Skills: Utilize SQL-based tools to extract insights from data and collaborate with data science, engineering, and analytics teams to surface these insightsTechnical Problem Solving: Partner effectively with designers, operations, and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and deliver impactful projectsCommunication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, confidently engaging in technical discussions, driving consensus, and clearly communicating delivery timelines, trade-offs, and risks to senior managementTeam Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of small product managersCollaborate: Work with operations teams to design, deliver, iterate, and support business sales team in meeting revenue targetsProduct Lifecycle: Navigate the entire product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into requirements, prioritization, and executing pre- and post-launch iterationsAttention to Detail: Combine great attention to detail with a holistic perspective, effectively prioritizing competing needs and providing clear guidance to teams and partnersPartnerships: Identify, vet, and manage partnerships to improve the lead generation tech stack and overall product offeringIterate: Work closely across stakeholders to quickly prove or disprove opportunities through rapid prototyping, A/B testing, and MVP delivery. Balance validation activities with long term vision designed to scale and meet company revenue targets.What does it take to do this job?Experience: 4 - 6+ years of Lead Generation or Marketing Product Management experience is required.A record of delivering initiatives from concept through completion, preferably solutions that offer guidance and recommendations to B2B marketers and sales team membersBachelor's degree in business, science, or engineeringExperience in agile product management environmentsExperience with lead generation, data management, and analyticsExperience with SaaS product development and deliveryHaving worked with large teams on multitude of projects with a demonstrated ability to translate business needs into impactful outcomesBe humble and conscious that not all good ideas are yours, and not all ideas are good.
