We are looking for a high caliber Senior Product Manager - Tech to join the Santos team and be the single-threaded leader of Merchant Reimbursements for supply-chain defects, a domain that directly impacts Multi Channel Fulfillment (MCF) and Buy with Prime (BwP) financial results and merchant experience.

As product owner, you will work with a dedicated engineering team and also partner closely with other product and technical teams across Amazon. If you enjoy dealing with high ambiguity and complexity, you’re entrepreneurial and want to build new technical products, come join us!

Key job responsibilities
• Develop and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy and business impact.
• Deeply understand the technology that underpins our reimbursement systems and supply chain processes. Collaborate closely with your immediate engineering partners and partner teams to support the long term technology strategy.
• Work closely with merchants, support agents, sales&marketing and finance teams to understand friction points and opportunities. Collaborate with engineering counterparts on the roadmap to address gaps, identify dependencies and clear blockers, balancing impact vs. engineering cost.
• Champion the ideal end-to-end experience for your customers.
• Leverage data and define the success metrics for features or services to track performance, deep-dive on issues and uncover trends and patterns.
