If you think the open position, you see, is right for you, we encourage you to apply! _Our people make all the difference in our success._ **Position Summary:** The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for managing and driving growth within the PowerGlide™ franchise, and a new product launch. This Senior Marketing Manager, will also have responsibility to: + Support the overall business objectives + Developing and executing against annual / strategic marketing plan + Collaborating closely with the sales force to drive growth + Managing product financial performance, aligning business expectations to annual strategic initiatives + Collaborating with Supply Chain and Operations to appropriately forecast incoming demand + Collaborating with other marketing partners to develop integrated marketing plans/ campaigns + Effectively partnering and collaborating with Global marketing partners and other cross functions (i.e. R&D, Clinical, Medical Affairs etc..) to ensure development and execution of comprehensive marketing and product strategy. + Demonstrating Strategic Marketing Acumen with proven ability to conduct through market assessment driving to clear strategic recommendations. + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. + 7+ years of relevant marketing experience – Preferably in medical device industry, but not necessary. + Solid business acumen and knowledge of clinical market environment. + Familiarity with vascular access devices and/or advanced placement devices preferred + Experience in upstream (new product development) and downstream (demand generation) marketing + Strong knowledge of working in a B2B environment; understanding of healthcare industry; exposure to cross-functional processes / requirements + Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to help formulate and implement marketing and product strategies, convert these into tactical marketing plans, and deliver results. + Experienced in Market Shaping + Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Customers, advisory boards etc + Creative out-of-the-box thinker who is intellectually curious, stays current on new trends, and takes calculated risks with novel ideas. + Demonstrated ability to influence across and up the organization to effectively negotiate and persuade others. + Excellent presentation and communication skills for a wide variety of audiences. + Ability to travel ~10 - 20% of the time for customer engagements For certain roles at BD, employment is contingent upon the Company’s receipt of sufficient proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
